Recent College Grad Looking for a Responsible Roommate - Price: $700 in Kansas City, Kansas

Hello my name is Sheniece, I am a 24 year old female and I am currently looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom, 1 or 2 bathroom apartment with. I do not yet have an apartment, I am hoping to find someone that is willing to look for and lease an apartment together. I am even willing to move in with someone who already has an apartment but needs someone else to join them on the lease. I am laid back, responsible, reliable, and nice. I am also very neat and clean. I always pay my bills on time and I am easy to get along with. I am looking for a female roommate between the ages of 21-26, preferrably a student or a recent college grad however this is not a deal breaker. Must be responsible, nice, laid back, reliable, and easy to get along with. Also must be clean and neat. While I am laid back, I don't want someone who parties at home constantly and has a million visitors everyday. Don't get me wrong, I love to have fun but I just don't like partying at home and getting my house all messy. I also will have visitors occasionally and I don't mind if you do. The location of the apartment should be within the cities limits of KC, preferrably South KC, but I'm pretty flexible as to where we can live as long as it is in KC.
