in need of use car or van for free in Kansas City, Kansas

I'm a disable female in need of a car or van for free. I tried to win a vehicle from cars 4 christmas but i guess having heart and vasular problem was not good enough.I can not afford to buy a vehicle because i'm on SSI.Which makes it had for me, i pay full rent and my bills without assistant.I was attenting Penn Valley College however i had to drop out for surgery. It is so ahrd to get a ride to the store alot of the time i dont have gas money so i dont get to the store.And when i have a doctor's appointment i have to walk to the office and my legs hurt so bad because of my pad it's a disorderof the arteries and veins in my legs.Ihave had surgery however there is only so much surgery you can have.I want my independence,i want to be able to get in my vehicle and go to school,the doctor's and to the store.without feeling like a burden,or hurt because you know they did not want to do it for you.please if you have a vehicle that you are not using think about me.help me help myself you can call me at 703-276-xxxx thank you very much and may God bless you.
