Daddy was lost from Clever MO. Feral dog captured in KCMO and was being fostered in Clever MO when he escaped during a thunderstorm. Sweet natured but fearful of people. DO NOT CHASE. Daddy has a black skin tag on his lower left eye lid and a black spot on his tongue. He was wearing a blue harness when he escaped. He could be anywhere by now.
